My babette blanket

Judy and Sarah decided I needed a project this summer. They gathered their 'Vana' yarn in a basket, and Judy brought it up when she came to visit. Here she is holding her yarn basket with the many projects she was working on spread around her.



Here's how it looks so far... a rainy summer is good for something!

Mini Container Garden

I made this miniature container garden at a workshop for the Newcomer's Garden group. Isn't it cute? It has polka dot plants, sedum, and hens and chicks in it.

Waterville Maine Community Garden Club Celebrates it's 80th Birthday

We visited a beautiful garden.
with paths through the woods.

Everyone wore a 'garden inspired hat'.

Old members returned for the celebration.


Its so nice to be in a club with a long history.
