On the way to the ice cream stand. One of our favorite summer-time adventures is kayaking down the Serpentine to the ice cream stand. Here's my friend, Norma.

The ice cream stand closed on Labor Day - always a sad time...

ReplyDeleteThe serpentine is between East & North Ponds - part of the Belgrade Lakes chain in Maine. Gathering mussels sounds good too.
